You can enjoy your tour and plan to travel to these using this app. You can create your own tour book, the tour dates and information will be displayed daily showing: pickup times, travel duration, venue timings, hotels, room list, and crew list.
The app is designed to provide quick access to critical information for each day. Data is stored locally for offline access.
Not only can you view the day sheet information, but you will also be able to export your day sheet by pdf. At the top of the day sheet, you will find a notes area, it is important that you view this regularly as your Tour Manager will put any last-minute changes here. Once your tour book has been loaded it will be available to view offline. Please use the app frequently whilst connected to the internet to make sure you have any changes synced onto your phone. Updates will only be synced to your phone whilst online. Protechtour are here to help other tour managers by giving them access to the app to help streamline their tours.
